Polyurethane foams have been used in commodities for over 50 years. It is one of the most familiar synthetic materials of our time. Since it has been around for a long time, it has created general ideas of what synthetic foams are. Many other synthetic materials also can be made into foams. Polystyrene, polyethylene, and other synthetic rubber/plastic materials can be foams.

Our polyurethane foam raw materials are generally in liquid at room temperature before it is made into foam. They are two-component systems, which you can make a foam by mixing part-A and part-B components. Synthetic foam materials usually need a "blowing agent." Our standard polyurethane materials use carbon dioxide (CO2) made from reaction between the isocyanate components to water. There are polyurethane materials using flammable components or ozone depleting components; ours do not have any of those (unless specifically requested).

Our polyurethane foams are made to serve many applications. For large commercial quantity productions to hand mixing/pouring operation for very specific applications, we will try our best to accommodate the physical specifications of the foam and manufacturing requirements.

Even if you are a beginner in polyurethane foam, our polyurethane materials are relatively easy to handle. With certain amount of safety precaution, you can make your own polyurethane foam products quite easily. If you are a manufacturer and have not been used polyurethane foam, it will be a great way to add new feature to your products.

 We are willing to work with people. We need our customers to be successful in order for ourselves to be successful. Many of our customers are non conventional foam operators. Many of them do not have a foam casting equipment. Unlike some of larger foam system producers, we our account base is broad and versatile. Sport equipment manufactures, personal-care product manufacturers, concrete parts manufactures, specialty design firms, and hobby automobile restoration people are a part of our wide customer base.

There are foam stocks and sheets available for many applications. Foam stocks are light and inexpensive; there are several different types available. If a foam stock can suffices your application, it may be easier to buy foam already made. You can cut the foam into your desired shapes. However, for some reasons you do not want to or cannot use foam stock, molding or casting foam will be viable alternative.
