Cast or Spray System

Example: MSS-A85A

First letter: the isocyanate used in the prepolymer (see codes below).

Second & third letters: the primary and secondary polyols in the system:

A

Aromatic or Aliphatic Amines

B

1,4, Butane Diol

G

Polytetramethylene Glycol Ethers

H

Hybrid

L

Ethylene and Diethylene Glycols

N

None

P

Polypropylene Glycol Ethers

S

Esters

The letter following the dash indicates the hardness scale as coded:

A

Shore A

D

Shore D

V

Shore OO

W

Shore OOO

The next two numbers indicate the hardness value on that scale.
